Acceptance

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.

QuotaClub is operated by Isobel Hardwick, sole trader, based in Bali. The governing law is the law of Victoria, Australia.

The services

QuotaClub offers practical SDR training, candidate-side job-search support, a combined training and job-search plan, and a CV and LinkedIn rewrite. QuotaClub is not an employer-side recruitment agency or placement service. Full details are on the investment page. Sessions are delivered remotely via video call.

Payment, refunds, and cancellation

SDR Foundations is A$795 paid once. Job Search Partner is A$695 for month 1, A$450 for month 2 and A$295 per month from month 3. Complete SDR Launch is A$1,295for month 1, A$450 for month 2 and A$295 per month from month 3. The CV and LinkedIn Rewrite is A$149 paid once. Any different written quote agreed before payment takes precedence.

The three main plans include a voluntary 14-day fit guarantee. You can ask in writing within 14 days of your first paid session for a full refund of the plan fees paid. After that window, monthly members can cancel future renewals before the next billing date without an exit fee. Support continues to the end of the paid period. The one-off rewrite does not include a change-of-mind refund after the first rewritten draft has been supplied.

These voluntary policies are in addition to, and do not replace or limit, rights and remedies that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. You may move up to four calls with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without at least 24 hours’ notice are forfeited; requests made between those windows are handled subject to availability.

We may decline or end the engagement at any time if it becomes clear the engagement isn’t a fit. In that case, you’ll receive a refund for any unused sessions.

No income or hiring guarantee

QuotaClub provides 1:1 support, frameworks, and feedback. We do not guarantee that you will be hired, placed in a specific role, or earn any specific income. Results depend on factors outside our control: the job market, your effort, your background, and the companies you apply to.

Any earnings or success outcomes referenced on this website (in case studies, testimonials, or statistics) are based on real client experiences but are not promises of similar results for you.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, frameworks, templates, code) is owned by Isobel Hardwick / QuotaClub and protected by Australian and international copyright. You may read and share links to public pages freely. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the resources, templates, or coaching materials without written permission.

Your conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content for resale, or impersonate QuotaClub in any external communication.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotaClub is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the website, the resources, or the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. For active clients, any changes that affect an existing engagement will be communicated by email and won’t apply retroactively without consent.
