Terms of service.
Effective 25 April 2026
Acceptance
By using this website or engaging QuotaClub for coaching, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.
QuotaClub is operated by Isobel Hardwick, sole trader, based in Bali. The governing law is the law of Victoria, Australia.
The services
QuotaClub offers 1:1 coaching to help career-changers land their first SDR or BDR role in tech sales. Full details are on the investment page. Coaching is delivered remotely via video call.
Payment, refunds, and cancellation
Coaching fees are payable in full or in agreed instalments before sessions begin, as outlined in the engagement email.
You can cancel within 7 days of your first paid session for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and are pro-rated based on sessions completed. Sessions you don’t attend without 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
We may decline or end the engagement at any time if it becomes clear the program isn’t a fit. In that case, you’ll receive a refund for any unused sessions.
No income or hiring guarantee
QuotaClub provides coaching, frameworks, and feedback. We do not guarantee that you will be hired, placed in a specific role, or earn any specific income. Results depend on factors outside our control: the job market, your effort, your background, and the companies you apply to.
Any earnings or success outcomes referenced on this website (in case studies, testimonials, or statistics) are based on real client experiences but are not promises of similar results for you.

Your conduct
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content for resale, or impersonate QuotaClub in any external communication.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotaClub is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the website, the resources, or the coaching services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. For active coaching clients, any changes that affect an existing engagement will be communicated by email and won’t apply retroactively without consent.
