While you remain actively engaged and continue the monthly Job Search Partner or Complete SDR Launch membership, QuotaClub will stay alongside you until you sign an offer. There is no maximum subscription term, but no employment outcome or timeframe is guaranteed.

Fourteen days to decide whether it feels right

The three main plans include a 14-day fit guarantee from the first paid session. Ask in writing within that window for a full refund of the plan fees paid. After the window, monthly members can cancel future renewals without an exit fee. This policy is in addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What is the difference between training and job-search support?

SDR Foundations teaches and practises the work itself. Job Search Partner assumes you are ready to apply and includes your CV, LinkedIn, proactive role sourcing, direct hiring-manager outreach, interview preparation, offers and negotiation. Complete SDR Launch combines both.

What does support until I get a job mean?

Your support does not expire because hiring takes longer than expected. While you remain actively engaged and continue the monthly Job Search Partner or Complete SDR Launch membership, QuotaClub will stay alongside you until you sign an offer. There is no maximum subscription term, but no employment outcome or timeframe is guaranteed.

Can I cancel the monthly support?

Yes. There is no long-term lock-in. You can cancel before the next monthly renewal, and future payments stop. Support ends when the paid period ends.

Does QuotaClub guarantee that I will be hired?

No. QuotaClub provides training, research, feedback and candidate-side job-search support. Employers control vacancies, interviews and hiring decisions, so no role, salary or timeframe is guaranteed.

What is the refund policy?

Is contract review legal advice?

No. QuotaClub can help you read the commercial terms, KPIs, quota, commission plan and questions worth asking. You should use a qualified lawyer for legal advice about your circumstances.
