QuotaClub

How it works

Meet me, and the path.

First, the person you’ll be working with. Then the six stages of the QuotaClub Path, from your first call with me to your first quota in your new tech sales role. No arbitrary end date. We keep going until you’re hired and earning.

Meet me

Hi, I’m Issy.

I never thought I’d end up in sales.

I’m Isobel Hardwick. Issy to most people. I left high school with no plan. I bounced between university courses I didn’t care about and jobs I didn’t love.

I thought the working world was just… this. Something you got through, not something you built.

At 22, I was managing 160 rental properties at a real estate agency in Melbourne. It was the kind of job that looked respectable from the outside. Suit, office, business card, salary. From the inside, I was fielding complaints from landlords, chasing tenants for rent, and watching senior agents earn three times what I did to do a version of the same job. I couldn’t see a version of my thirties or forties where I was proud of how I’d spent my twenties.

The math of it kept me up at night.

I didn’t know what I wanted. I knew what I didn’t want. I didn’t want to commute in peak hour forever. I didn’t want my income to be capped by someone else’s budget. I didn’t want to wait until I was fifty to take time off and go somewhere warm.

Then I met someone who lived and breathed sales and showed me what my potential could be like. Not the stereotype. The real thing. Remote-friendly. Commission-uncapped. Teachable.

I was skeptical. I didn’t have a sales background. I didn’t have a degree. I didn’t have the “type of personality” I thought salespeople needed. But the numbers didn’t lie, and the lifestyle it funded made the leap worth the risk.

Four years later, I’m an SDR at one of APAC’s fastest-growing SaaS companies. I’ve hit between 177% and 344% of target every full quarter I’ve been there. I was named the fastest SDR to book a meeting in the Asia-Pacific region. I live in Bali full-time. My income is higher than it’s ever been, and my life outside of work is richer than I knew was possible.

The numbers aren’t the real win.

Here’s the part nobody tells you. The real win is that I have energy at the end of the day. I have money to build things I care about. I have time to think. I have a career that actually gives back, instead of one that quietly takes from me.

QuotaClub exists because I’ve watched friends from hospitality, admin, teaching, real estate, and retail make this same shift. Every one of them said the same thing afterwards: “I wish I’d known how doable this was sooner.”

If you’re at the edge of a decision like I was four years ago, I want to make it easier for you than it was for me.

What I believe

Five things I’ve come to believe about work and life.

  • 01

Work should fund your life, not consume it.

  • 02

Companies hire for drive and coachability. Everything else is teachable.

  • 03

Remote work is a forcing function for trust and competence.

  • 04

The career gap between your current life and your dream life is smaller than you think.

  • 05

Most people who “can’t do sales” were just never taught properly.

The point

“This isn’t about getting you a job. It’s about changing what work looks like for you for the next decade.”

SaaS isn’t just well-paid. It’s a skillset that travels across industries, across countries, across life stages. Learn to sell software well in your first two years, and you will never worry about employability again.

Your work should revolve around your life. Not the other way round.

The path

Six stages from career changer to top performer.

Most programs cover the middle stages (resume, applications, interview prep) and call it done. The QuotaClub Path covers all six, because the difference between getting hired and staying hired is whether you can actually do the job. So we start there.

01

Train

Learn how to actually be an SDR

Most programs teach you how to interview. I teach you how to do the job. From your first call onwards we cover real SDR craft: cold calling, prospecting, qualification frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC, objection handling, and how to write outbound that gets replies in 2026. We cover the tools you'll see on day one (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong) so they're second nature. By the time you walk into an interview, you can talk about the role like someone who already does it. That's why you get hired.

02

Position

Rewrite your story for tech sales hiring

We rewrite your resume from scratch for how tech sales hiring managers actually read CVs. We rebuild your LinkedIn so recruiters find you first. We build a cover letter template you can tailor to any company in under 10 minutes. By the end of this stage, your application materials read like someone who already belongs in tech sales.

03

Apply

Get an offer at a real tech company

I'll get you an offer for an SDR or BDR role at a real SaaS company. Base plus commission, remote-friendly, promotable within 18 to 24 months. You'll also get warm introductions to recruiters and hiring managers in my network. We work the application channels in parallel: cold applications, recruiter intros, LinkedIn outreach, and the 80+ company list in the resource library.

04

Interview

Prep every round and walk in confident

Recruiter screen, hiring manager, mock cold call, peer interview, panel. Plus the interview presentation packs companies often ask you to build. Because we've already trained the craft, you're not memorising answers — you're speaking from real understanding. I'll run mock interviews until you're sharp and teach you exactly what each interviewer is looking for.

05

Negotiate

Sign the offer with the strongest terms

Most first-time tech hires leave A$10k to A$20k on the table because they don't know how to negotiate. I'll walk you through the exact language to use, when to push, when to accept, and how to walk out with the strongest offer the company can give you. You'll know what's reasonable to expect on OTE, ramp, territory and promotion timelines.

06

Thrive

30 days of on-the-job support after you start

This is where every other program stops. I don't. For 30 days after your start date, I stay on at no extra charge. Four weekly calls to help you hit ramp quota in your first 90 days. We keep working on the craft we started in week one — handling real objections in real calls, building a working pipeline, and managing the mental load of a brand-new sales job.

← The part nobody else does

Every week

What you get, week after week.

The flat fee covers all of this for as long as it takes. No arbitrary end date, no add-ons, no upsells.

Weekly 1:1 Zoom calls

Around 45 minutes each, every week, for as long as it takes to land your offer.

WhatsApp and email access between calls

Stuck on a recruiter reply at 9pm? Send it over. I respond within hours.

Action items after every call

You always know exactly what the next move is. No drift, no guessing.

The Lifestyle Promise

Life happens. You can move up to 4 calls with 48 hours' notice, no questions asked.

Direct recruiter introductions

Warm intros to hiring managers and recruiters in my network. The kind that get you to the front of the queue.

Lifetime resource library

CV templates, outreach scripts, mock interview recordings, objection library, cold-call scripts, onboarding checklist, plus 80+ SaaS companies actively hiring remote SDRs.

The part nobody else does

What happens after you sign the offer?

For 30 days after your start date, I stay on at no extra charge. We meet weekly. I help you ramp into the role: how to actually book meetings at scale, how Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator work in real life, how to write outbound that gets replies in 2026, how to handle the call-block anxiety most new SDRs feel for the first month.

Most career-change programs end the moment you’re hired. That’s the worst possible time to drop someone, because the first 30 days is when you either build the habits that compound for the rest of your career, or you build the ones that don’t.

Getting the job is step one. Thriving in it is where your income actually starts to compound.

How to apply

Three steps from curious to onboarding.

01

Fill in a short application

Takes about 5 minutes. I read every application personally.

02

Book a free 30-minute discovery call

We see if this is the right fit. Both ways. No pressure, no hard sell.

03

Onboard and start the following week

You'll get onboarding docs, resource library access, and your first 1:1 call booked.

Common questions

How the program actually runs.

How long does the program take?

There is no fixed length. Most clients land their first offer in 6 to 12 weeks. We keep going until you've signed. Once you've started the job, I stay on for another 30 days to help you hit ramp quota.

How often do we meet?

Once a week, on Zoom, for around 45 minutes. You also get WhatsApp and email access between calls so you're never stuck waiting a week if something urgent comes up.

What happens in a typical call?

It depends on the stage. Early calls focus on positioning: rewriting your resume, rebuilding your LinkedIn, getting your story straight. Middle calls focus on applications and interview prep. Late calls focus on negotiation and closing the offer. Every call ends with clear action items.

What if I get stuck between calls?

Send a WhatsApp or an email. I respond within hours, not days. The whole point of working 1:1 is that you're not waiting in a queue.

What's included after I'm hired?

Four weekly post-placement calls over your first 30 days on the job, included as standard. We work on hitting ramp quota, learning Salesforce, Outreach and Gong, building your call confidence, and not getting overwhelmed in your first month. This is the part most programs skip.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. You can move up to 4 calls with 48 hours' notice, no questions asked. I call this the Lifestyle Promise.

Do I get the resources or just the calls?

Both. You get lifetime access to the resource library: CV templates, outreach scripts, mock interview recordings, the objection library, cold-call scripts, the onboarding checklist, and a list of 80+ SaaS companies actively hiring remote SDRs.

What's the application process?

Three steps. Fill in a 5-minute application. Book a free 30-minute discovery call so we can see if we're a fit. If we both want to work together, you onboard the following week.
