  • Ready for a career that pays well and lets you work from anywhere
  • Willing to put in around 5 focused hours a week
  • Open to being coached, including hearing what isn’t working
  • Coming from any background: hospitality, retail, admin, marketing, teaching, corporate, parenting, career break. All of it
  • Not afraid of a phone, or willing to stop being afraid of one

It’s probably not for you if you want a course to binge on your own, or someone to apply to jobs for you.

What happens after you apply

QuotaClub is a small operation by design. I work with a tight cohort of clients at a time so I can give every one of them my full attention. Here’s the exact path from application to your first 1:1 call.

    I read every application personally

    Usually within a few hours, occasionally up to 48 hours. There’s no automation, no assistant, no shortlist algorithm. I read every word and decide whether we’re a good fit based on what you’ve actually written.

  2. 02

    You get a real reply, not a generic email

    If we’re a good fit, I’ll reply with a Calendly link to book a free 30-minute discovery call. If we’re not, you’ll get an honest reason and a pointer to whatever else might help. Either way, you hear back.

  3. 03

    We meet on Zoom for 30 minutes

    We talk through your background, what you’re aiming for, and where you’re currently stuck. By the end of the call you’ll know whether working 1:1 makes sense, and what the next 6 to 12 weeks would look like if it does.

  4. 04

    You decide, on your timeline

    There’s no high-pressure close. If it’s a yes, we start within the week. If it’s a no, you walk away with a clearer view of what to do next. Most people who join QuotaClub take a few days between the call and the decision.
