Methodology and sources
What your SDR readiness score means.
QuotaClub's SDR Job Readiness Plan is a free editorial self-assessment for Australian and New Zealand candidates. It turns eight self-reported answers into five scores: direction, positioning, target-market focus, interview readiness and practical SDR craft. It then recommends the three lowest-scoring areas. It is not a psychometric test, labour-market benchmark or prediction of interviews, offers or employment.
How the score is calculated
Each answer contributes fixed points to one or more of the five dimensions. QuotaClub uses those editorial weights to identify relative strengths and gaps, then orders the lowest component scores to produce three next actions.
The five dimensions
Direction, positioning, target-market focus, interview readiness and practical SDR craft. These are preparation categories, not universal employer selection criteria.
Evidence boundary
The dimensions reflect recurring tasks and preparation areas described in QuotaClub's practical guides and the cited employer vacancies. The vacancies are examples of current role expectations, not a representative sample of every Australian or New Zealand SDR job.
What it cannot tell you
The scoring weights are QuotaClub's editorial judgement, created and reviewed by Isobel Hardwick. They have not been statistically validated and do not estimate a candidate's probability of being hired.
Sources used to frame the model

Common questions
How is the SDR readiness score calculated?
Each answer contributes fixed points to one or more of the five dimensions. QuotaClub uses those editorial weights to identify relative strengths and gaps, then orders the lowest component scores to produce three next actions. The scoring weights are QuotaClub's editorial judgement, created and reviewed by Isobel Hardwick. They have not been statistically validated and do not estimate a candidate's probability of being hired.
Does the score predict whether I will get hired?
No. The readiness plan is a preparation tool, not a hiring prediction. Employers make their own decisions and role requirements vary.
Do I need to enter an email address to see my result?
Yes. After the eight questions you enter a first name and email address, and the complete score, five component scores and three recommended actions then appear on the page. Emailing yourself a copy of the plan with its follow-up sequence is a separate optional step.
