The 2026 hiring list

SaaS companies hiring SDRs across Australia & New Zealand.

38 companies5 citiesUpdated 2026

Every SaaS and tech company hiring SDRs and BDRs across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Auckland in 2026. Australian and global HQs. Filter by city, work model, and HQ type. Direct links to every careers page so you can apply in two clicks.

This list is a starting point, not a job board. Roles open and close week to week, and not every company hires SDRs every quarter — but every company below has hired SDRs or BDRs in Australia or New Zealand inside the last 12 months. Cross-check on LinkedIn before sending an application; the careers page tells you who hires, LinkedIn tells you who’s hiring right now.

Static lists go stale. These six boards are where SaaS companies post SDR and BDR roles in Australia and New Zealand. Each chip below opens a pre-filled SDR / BDR search on that platform.

How to actually apply

The list is the easy part. The application is the work.

Most SDRs lose roles they’re qualified for at the resume stage, not the interview stage. The fix isn’t writing more applications; it’s writing better ones. Three things consistently move the needle:

  • A resume that opens with metrics, not duties. SDR hiring managers scan for numbers in the first six seconds. The candidates who land first-rounds lead with $X retained, X% above target, X conversations per week — not bullet points about “managing relationships.”
  • A LinkedIn profile that matches your application. Every recruiter cross-checks. If your headline still says “passionate sales professional” from 2022, you’re losing applications you’d otherwise win.
  • A first-touch email that’s not the application. The strongest candidates don’t just apply — they email the hiring manager directly with a 100-word note that demonstrates research. Top of pile, every time.

The honest take

The list is public. The work isn’t.

Every candidate has access to this list. Two thirds of them will send the same generic application to all 38companies and wonder why nothing comes back. The third that lands offers does the work that nobody else does — the resume rewrite, the LinkedIn audit, the direct-to-hiring-manager email, the mock interview the evening before the real one.

That’s the work I do 1:1 with a small group of clients. From the first CV rewrite to the first signed offer to the first 30 days on the job. If you want me in your corner for the actual interviews, here’s the call:

Current top-performing SDR at one of APAC’s fastest-growing SaaS companies. Hits between 177% and 344% of target every quarter. Works 1:1 with career-changers until they land their first SDR role.

Reading the list is fine. Landing the offer is the work.

Resume rewrite, LinkedIn audit, every interview round prepped. That’s the work we do together.
