Careers research directory

SaaS companies to research across Australia & New Zealand.

38 companies5 citiesReviewed 10 August 2026

A starting list of company careers pages associated with Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland. Filter by city and HQ type, then verify the current vacancy, location and role terms at source.

This list is a research starting point, not a job board or a record of current hiring. Inclusion does not prove a current vacancy, a current office in every tagged city or a particular work model. Use the linked careers page and a fresh job search before applying.

Static lists go stale. These six boards are where SaaS companies post SDR and BDR roles in Australia and New Zealand. Each chip below opens a pre-filled SDR / BDR search on that platform.

How to actually apply

The list is the easy part. The application is the work.

A clear, role-specific application makes it easier for a hiring team to assess relevant experience. These three checks are practical starting points rather than guaranteed ranking factors:

  • A resume that opens with metrics, not duties. Use accurate numbers where they genuinely demonstrate impact. For example: $X retained, X% above target, X conversations per week, not bullet points about “managing relationships.”
  • A LinkedIn profile that matches your application. Keep dates, titles and positioning consistent so the two sources do not create avoidable questions.
  • A first-touch email that’s not the application. Where the employer welcomes direct contact, a short, specific note can demonstrate research. Follow the application instructions and do not assume direct outreach will improve the outcome.

The honest take

The list is public. The work isn’t.

This public directory is only a research starting point. A useful application still requires checking the current role, matching your evidence to its requirements, and preparing for the employer’s actual interview process.

That’s the work I do 1:1 with a small group of clients. From the first CV rewrite to the first signed offer to the first 30 days on the job. If you want me in your corner for the actual interviews, here’s the call:

Reading the list is fine. Landing the offer is the work.

Resume rewrite, LinkedIn audit, every interview round prepped. That’s the work we do together.
